Tia has over 33 years of movement experience and 22 years as a dance teacher.
Professionally trained from childhood and later immersed in burlesque, club, and pole dance, she has performed on countless stages but finds her true passion in teaching.
Known for her playful motto “mistakes are the mother of creation,” she empowers students to embrace authenticity, technique, and artistry — proving that strength and flexibility aren’t the only paths to dancing beautifully.

Criteria for Self-Defining Your Level
ENTRY
This category is for participants who meet any one of the following conditions:
- Have never previously competed in an exotic pole dance competition.
- Has competed in an amateur category but has never got on the podium.
- Do not currently teach pole dance or exotic pole dance.
EXPERT
This category is for participants who meet any one of the following conditions:
- Has competed in a semi-professional category but has not got on the podium.
- Has won in an amateur category in exotic pole dance competition.
- Currently teaches pole dance or exotic pole dance.
PROFESSIONAL
This category is for participants who meet any one of the following conditions:
- Has previously competed in Professional, Star, or Elite categories.
- Has won in a semi-professional or professional categories in exotic pole dance competition.
- Has judged in other pole dance or exotic pole dance competitions.
- Conducts pole dance or exotic pole dance instructor training courses.

We designed these categories not based on traditional styles, but inspired by the dancers who best embody the current evolution of exotic pole dance.
There will be 5 finalists for each category and level.
1. IMPACT
This category gives maximum focus to technical skill and athletic power, providing competitors the ideal space to unleash their most challenging tricks and transitions.
Pole tricks component: over 50% aerial tricks of the choreography
Key aspects and specific criteria: A critical aspect is the harmonious integration of these acrobatic feats with choreography. Judges will look for flawless execution, unwavering precision in every movement, and crisp, clean lines. The ability to surprise and innovate through original combinations and transitions on pole is highly valued. However, IMPACT category demands more than just impeccable technique. Performers must exude powerful energy, commanding stage presence, and a captivating ability to entertain. The aim is to transform raw athleticism into a truly unforgettable and breathtaking showcase, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
2. DYNAMIC
A fusion of raw energy and fearless expression, this category brings movement to life with unapologetic boldness. This division celebrates powerful performance and groove that pulls the audience into the action, making them feel every beat alongside the dancer.
Pole tricks component: 30 – 50% of the choreography
Key aspects and specific criteria: Performers will be judged on originality of choreography, especially in blending fusion styles such as urban dance or other contemporary influences, alongside strong musical interpretation, clean rhythmic execution, and bold interaction with the soundtrack. We want to see explosive power, precision, and dynamic control, whether floor tricks or low pole tricks, while a high-energy, magnetic stage presence that radiates confidence and intensity is essential. The focus is on maintaining relentless momentum, clean and fluid transitions, and movements that balance raw power with technical mastery. This category is designed for performers who dominate the stage, seamlessly integrating advanced technique, compelling rhythm, and an immersive energy that electrifies the audience from start to finish.
3. SEDUCTION
This category celebrates the art of refined seduction, sensuality and femininity in their purest and most elegant form.
Pole tricks component: not more than 30% of the choreography
Key aspects and specific criteria: Performances will be judged on natural sensuality, emotional interpretation of music, and the ability to weave a compelling narrative through movement.
Key elements include seamless pole flow, exquisite body lines, impeccable technical execution, and fluid, expressive movement. The emphasis is on the beauty of form, profound expressiveness, and a deep, authentic connection to one’s inherent femininity and sensuality. The goal is to create a captivating visual and emotional experience that enchants the audience without resorting to overt provocation.
4. PROVOCATEUR
This category is designed to boldly captivate, ignite, and astonish the audience. Here, the objective is to create an unforgettable experience through direct engagement and a masterful manipulation of desire and sensual tension.
Pole tricks component: not more than 40% of the choreography
Key aspects and specific criteria: Performances will be judged on unapologetic direct audience interaction, the compelling ability to build and release tension and longing, and the integration of striptease elements into a sophisticated choreography. This is the realm of calculated risk-taking, the deliberate challenge to the spectator, and raw seductive play. Success in this category hinges on delivering an undeniable ‘WOW’ factor, radiating an electrifying stage persona, possessing an expansive charisma that permeates the entire venue, and leaving the audience utterly breathless. This division celebrates performers who command absolute dominance over the stage and compel the unwavering attention of every single spectator.
5. LIQUID
This category is the ultimate expression of flow styles fluidity and seamless grace. This division rewards competitors for their silky-smooth transitions, demonstrating the ability to glide effortlessly from one movement to the next, like water in constant, unbroken motion.
Pole tricks component: not more than 30% of the choreography
Key aspects and specific criteria: Performances will be judged on exquisite foot and leg work, the creation of breathtaking elongated lines, and an infinitely graceful pole flow. Every trick must be artfully finessed into fluid motion, completely devoid of sharp edges or visible tension, presenting an aesthetic of absolute effortlessness. This is the very definition of liquid elegance, where the body appears to defy gravity and effort. Each movement feels organic, weightless, and harmonious, culminating in a truly mesmerizing and hypnotic experience for the audience.
6. CONNECTION (duo and groups)
This category is for collaborative art, created for duets or groups. It highlights the chemistry and strong bond between performers.
Pole tricks component: no % required
Key aspects and specific criteria: Performances will be judged on precise synchronization, clear synergy and the physical and emotional connection among participants. This category emphasizes creating a shared movement dialogue and telling their story together, beyond just moving in unison. Competitors should present original tricks and transitions that are a direct result of their teamwork. Success comes from performers acting as a unified whole, while also showcasing individual qualities. They must complement, support, and enhance each other’s stage presence.
FINALISTs
Entry to the competition is through a video selection process.
The organizers will review the submitted videos, and five finalists will be selected for each category and level.

GENERAL PERFORMANCE CRITERIA (60% of total score)
These criteria apply universally across all categories and contribute to the overall evaluation of the performance. Each criterion is weighted at 10% of the total score.
All criteria are marked on a scale from 0-10 (0 being criteria completely unfulfilled, 10 being criteria perfectly fulfilled).
