This workshop is for anyone who wants to explore their femininity within slow movement, refine technique and transitions in spin with awareness, and let themselves be inspired by a warm, sinuous energy, worthy of a goddess born from the waves of the sea.

This class is designed for those who want to explore their shadow sides and release their inner energy. Suitable for both beginners and advanced students, this class is designed for anyone who wants to master the foundations of static pole and discover how to transform their combos through static rotations.
The goal is not just to execute one trick after another, but to truly dance on a static pole. We will focus on adding fluidity to every move, enhancing transitions, and using the body in a soft, conscious way. Expect body waves and continuous movements that, for those who wish, can also take on a sensual edge.
The class begins with a bodyweight warm-up focused on building strength and mobility. Following this, we will dive into a short sequence, broken down step-by-step, where we’ll deep-dive into static rotation techniques to ensure every combination feels smooth and harmonious.

Aleksandra Karolina
Aleksandra Karolina is flow and elegance dancer guided by clear intention, technique, that seamlessly blends sensuality and feminine energy with strong and expansive movement.
Always been a dancer at heart, although her formal training began in high school across various dance styles, her true style emerged through self-directed exploration and the development of her own pole movement language.
A multiple international champion, Aleksandra travels worldwide to teach workshops, judge competitions and lead instructor training. She is also the founder of In The Flow, her online platform dedicated to conscious movement, artistry, self expression and technical depth.

Aleksa
Her dance journey began at the age of 14 with Jazz Funk. Over time, she discovered High Heels, Strip, and Twerk, and in 2019 she tried Pole Dance for the first time. It was then that she realized pole was the perfect direction to combine all the styles she loves and create unique choreography.
Her passion for the stage inspired her to begin her competitive journey in Exotic Pole Dance. Every performance became a new step in her growth, motivating her to constantly improve and develop her skills.
Today, she is a multiple-time Ukrainian and European Exotic Pole Dance Champion, judge, coach, and presenter of signature workshops across Europe.
Her style is based on combining different dance genres with pole dance, where technique, musicality, and artistry come together as one.

Anastasiia Kostyna
Anastasiia Kostyna is a representative of the Exotic Pole Dance style, a professional dancer with many years of experience, and an award-winning athlete in both national and international championships.
She is the 3rd Place Winner in the Stars Category at the Fusion Championship and the 1st Place Winner in the Stars Category at Exopìa Competition, along with multiple other titles and awards throughout her competitive career.
Anastasiia is an international presenter of her signature workshops, teaching across Europe and beyond. She is also the organizer of Erotic Pole Dance classes, where she shares her unique approach to movement, musicality, sensuality, and body awareness.
Known for her distinctive style, stage presence, and refined technique, she is recognized as one of the most captivating representatives of the Exotic Pole Dance community.

Andy Candy
Andy Candy is a professional pole dancer and multi-award winner, having claimed top honors including Exotic Moon overall, Exotic Generation hard & male, Revolution Pole Dance, and Exotic Goddess elite. He has also appeared on numerous TV talent shows and in film productions.
His signature style blends sensuality with acrobatics, drawing inspiration from geometric fantasy, sexy pop aesthetics, and the world of gymnastics to create a truly unique artistic language.
Andy is the owner of a pole dance studio in Rome, where he founded Candy Squad, a community built on hard work, positivity, inclusivity, freedom, and kindness.

Moonchild is a versatile performer and instructor who expresses sensuality, emotion, and ritual through movement. With over ten years of experience in performing and teaching, she draws her audience into a journey where softness and strength coexist, and where the sensual intertwines with the spiritual, blending instinct with awareness.
As an instructor, her goal is to share her passion for aerial disciplines and sensuality, with a keen eye for technique and detail, while making this world accessible to students of all levels.

Valentina Domino
Valentina picked up her first pole in 2010, and never really put it down since. In 2015, she founded Body Rock Pole Dance Studio, turning a passion into one of Italy’s most respected and well-known schools for exotic pole dance.
Since then, she’s collected competition titles, sat on judging panels in Italy and abroad, and built an unmistakable style, sinuous, elegant, all her own. Today she’s regarded as one of the driving forces behind exotic pole in Italy, as well as co-founder of Exopia Camp and Competition (formerly Exotica Convention) and Exotic Studio.

Tais Klochkova
Tais began her dance career as a classical ballerina. After moving from Moscow to Italy, she started practicing pole dance and fell so in love with the discipline that, within a few years, she became one of the first to practice and teach exotic pole dance in Italy.
She has never stopped exploring new ways to express herself through dance, and in 2022 she became the first and only certified Frame Up Strip choreographer in Italy. In 2019, she co-founded Exopìa Camp and Competition (Exotica Convention).

Exopìa – Camp & Competition
Exotica was the first European convention entirely dedicated to exotic pole dance and everything surrounding this art form. In 2025, it changed its name, becoming Exopìa.
2025 was a particularly important year: beyond being reborn under a new identity, the event was enriched with the addition of Exopìa Competition, the international competition held in Milan that brought together artists from all over the world, alongside the usual Exopìa Camp.
Since 2019, the event has represented a unique experience, an authentic journey of knowledge, emotions, and artistic discoveries. With the rebranding, Exopìa reaffirmed its mission: to offer an innovative and inspiring reference point for those who love exotic pole dance.
Organized by Body Rock Pole Dance Studio, Exopìa unfolds in two main moments: a three-day camp packed with training, sharing, and performance in the fall, and a competition in the spring, whose first edition took place in May 2026.
This event is designed for those who wish to rediscover themselves and enrich their journey, whether professional or amateur. Exotic, as proposed by Exopìa, is much more than a discipline: it’s a language that unites body, emotions, and inner awareness.
During the camp, participants can take workshops with internationally renowned instructors and technical and thematic deep dives, learning to perfect their movement, push past their limits, and explore new techniques and new styles. This year, Exopìa Camp features 7 instructors specialized in different styles and over 16 hours of classes: a unique and unrepeatable journey that changes and evolves with every new edition.
Exopìa was born from the vision of Tais and Valentina, two exotic pole dance professionals who wanted to create a space to learn, share, and live out the passion for this discipline. The event brings together different styles and philosophies, allowing participants to deepen and share their interests while exploring new artistic possibilities.

Exopìa Camp 2025 marked the fourth edition of our exciting journey in exotic pole dance, evolving into an event that unites creativity, passion, and a sense of community. This year, the event grew even further, offering participants three days filled with discovery, training, and dance, featuring some of the most intriguing names in the international scene.
Among our guests, we had the pleasure of welcoming Viktor Artyomov, Polisha Li, Haritini Taktikou, and Karolina Farynska, along with our founders, Tais Klochkova and Valentina Domino, who shared their styles and techniques with all the camp participants.
The show was a special moment, showcasing unforgettable performances from our guests, as well as from Natalya Ryzhik, Angelica Jupiter, and Andy Candy, along with Body Rock instructors Hana Youmie, Bae Bea, and Ilaria Fenice. Together, we celebrated the art and passion that unite us.
Exopìa Camp 2025 was once again a valuable opportunity to forge connections, grow both inside and outside the pole, and experience the beauty of this discipline together.

Welcome to Exotica 2024, the third edition of our event dedicated to exotic pole dance, an unmissable occasion celebrating creativity, passion, and community. This year, the event continued to grow, offering participants the opportunity to learn from the top artists in the field and experience three unforgettable days full of dance.
We were honored to host Estefania Jimenez, Laura Lou, Olga Baidyuk, Sasha Romanova, Ira Way, along with our founders Tais Klochkova and Valentina Domino, who led exclusive workshops and performed on stage, inspiring all participants.
The show night also featured performances by Natalya Ryzhikh, Sabrina Yuriko, Letizia Saquella, and Chiara Salvadè, creating a special moment celebrating artistic expression and passion.
Exotica 2024 was truly an opportunity to build connections, grow both personally and professionally, and share the love for this unique discipline.

Welcome to the Exotica Convention 2020, a remarkable event that took place just before the world entered lockdown due to the pandemic. This edition continued to build on the success of our previous year, showcasing an incredible lineup of stellar guests in the exotic pole dance scene. Attendees had the chance to learn from the outstanding Kaya Blum, the captivating Vika Halitskaya, the dynamic Sofa Makurina, and the charismatic Andy Candy. We were also honored to have Rimma, the creator of the female animation style, as part of our extraordinary lineup, alongside Exotica co-creators Tais and Valentina.
In addition to inspiring workshops, Exotica 2020 featured a vibrant evening celebration that included stunning showcases from talented performers like Letizia Saquella, Natalia Rizhikh, Alexis and Laura Lou.
Now, we’re excited to return after a pause, ready to rekindle the emotions of being together and creating as a community once again. Join us for the next chapter of Exotica and experience the exotic pole dance like never before!

Welcome to the Exotica Convention 2019, the inaugural edition of an thrilling event dedicated to the world of exotic pole dance! This convention was created to celebrate our collective passion, speak freely and discuss the main problems in the world of exotic pole and provide an opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.
For our first edition, we proudly featured renowned names in the exotic pole dance scene, including Daria Che, Sasha Meow, Alyona Soul and Lucia Lazebnaya. Joining them were the mesmerizing duo Domino & Alexis, showcasing their incredible double exotic. Additionally, we were thrilled to have Liza Sergeeva present Frame Up for the very first time in Europe, and of course, our very own co-creators Tais and Valentina played a vital role in bringing this event to life.
Exotica Convention 2019 was not just an event; it was a vibrant celebration of movement, creativity, and community, where dancers and enthusiasts came together to share their love for exotic pole dance. Join us as we continue to inspire and elevate this beautiful art form!
